My daily routines

Hi there!!

Today is Tuesday and the very first thing I do every day in the morning is waking up! Then I get up and have a shower. After dressing up I usually have breakfast : a cup of coffee and a slice of toast. Just after, I brush my teeth, pick up my stuff and go to school. 

I wake up

Hello winter!!

Hi there, how is winter going??

What is the weather like today? ... It is rainy and very cold!!! Since winter has arrived the weather in Barcelona is being freezing!!!!So you are supposed to wear warm clothes in such a cold day. 

The weather is different in each season and we wear different clothes. When it rains we wear rain-boots and a raincoat; when it snows we wear a coat and a woolly hat; and in summer, when it is very hot we wear sandals, shorts and a t-shirt!

Let's go to the rainforest!

Last week we learnt about the tropical rainforest  reading the book "Let's go the rainforest". 3rd grade students read out loud this book to improve their pronuntiation. They also learnt new vocabulary and some interesting aspects of rainforests.

Spring is coming

Numbers, numbers, numbers...

One of the first things we learn in English are the numbers. First, we learn to count from 1 to10, then from 10 to 20...etc.  We learn numbers singing fun songs and doing interesting activities.

Una de les primeres coses que aprenem en Anglès són els números. Primer, aprenem a comptar de l'1 al 10, després del 10 al 20 ... etc. Aprenem  números cantant cançons divertides i fent activitats interessants.

The second step is learning how each number is spelt. Remember in English the pronuntiation is different than the spelling.
